1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vexel Design's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vexel Design provides web design, web development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or contract.

3. Project Process

Consultation: We begin with a discovery call to understand your requirements.
Proposal: We provide a detailed proposal including scope, timeline, and pricing.
Deposit: A deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work.
Development: We build your project with regular updates and feedback rounds.
Delivery: Final delivery upon completion and final payment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

50% deposit required before project commencement
Remaining 50% due upon project completion
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the custom designs and code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) may be subject to their own licenses.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are responsible for:

Providing content, images, and materials in a timely manner
Providing feedback within agreed timeframes
Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided
Making payments according to the agreed schedule

8. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for work completed at our standard hourly rate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vexel Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project launch during which we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost. This does not cover changes in scope, new features, or issues caused by third-party modifications.

11. Confidentiality

We will keep all project information and business details confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete the project.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
